Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77ap. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include that entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
77ap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Language
These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translation or localised version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and use 77ap, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on 77ap under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in its own capacity as a player).
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Age Verification and KYC
77ap operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Upon registration, or at any point thereafter at our discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity:
- A government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
- A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement (e.g., bKash, Nagad) confirming your address, dated within the last three months

Until identity verification is complete, 77ap reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain games. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a formal request will result in account suspension.

Account Registration
To access the full range of 77ap services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must create a player account. Registration is free. There is no charge for creating or maintaining a 77ap account.
Registration Requirements
During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number (used for bKash or Nagad identification), and a secure password. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if circumstances change.
You may register only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts and permanent forfeiture of any associated funds and bonuses.
Username and Password
You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. 77ap will never ask you to disclose your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent. You agree to notify 77ap's support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
Account Ownership
Each 77ap account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Accounts found to have been transferred or sold will be closed immediately.
77ap reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, provided that any legitimate balance held at the time of closure is returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.
Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 77ap are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. 77ap supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether a family member, friend, or business — are not permitted. 77ap reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if a third-party funding source is detected.
77ap does not charge deposit fees. However, payment providers (bKash, Nagad, banks) may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside 77ap's control and are your responsibility to verify before transacting.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 77ap's finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects both the player and the platform.
Before processing a withdrawal, 77ap may require completion of KYC verification if not previously completed, and may request confirmation that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Attempts to withdraw funds that are subject to an outstanding bonus wagering requirement will be declined until the requirement is satisfied.
Withdrawal requests submitted between 00:00 and 08:00 BST will be queued and processed from 08:00 BST on the same calendar day. 77ap targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during operational hours.
Anti-Money Laundering
77ap is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. We reserve the right to withhold funds, delay withdrawals, or report transactions to relevant authorities if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
Players who make large deposits and then withdraw the majority of funds without significant gaming activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77ap will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered mobile number before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month. The fee will continue until the balance is reduced to zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting our support team and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
77ap offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Welcome Bonus
New players who make their first qualifying deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your bonus wallet automatically after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. Eligibility requires that you have not previously held a 77ap account.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses on 77ap are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳20,000 before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
- Casino slots and fishing games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
- Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 20% towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry
All bonuses must be used (i.e., wagering requirements completed) within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any bonus balance remaining in your bonus wallet after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date is shown in your account dashboard under the active bonuses section.
Abuse and Misuse
77ap actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting or low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity, and using automated tools to exploit promotions. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account reviewed for possible closure.
77ap reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect wagering progress already accumulated in good faith.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Random Number Generators

Malfunction and Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, the affected game round may be voided and any stakes returned to the player's balance. 77ap is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connection failures on the player's side, device malfunctions, or third-party provider outages.
If a game credits a win that is clearly the result of a technical error (for example, an amount that is mathematically impossible given the game's rules and paytable), 77ap reserves the right to void that win and return the player's original stake. This applies regardless of whether the funds have been moved from the game wallet to the main wallet.
Sports Betting Rules
Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. 77ap reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel bets that exploit pricing errors, use of automated betting tools, or that are placed in bad faith. Maximum payout limits per event are communicated within the sportsbook interface.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
By using 77ap, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point while using the Platform.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting any person under 18 in doing so.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one 77ap account for any purpose, including the circumvention of self-exclusion, bonus restrictions, or account limits.

- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language towards 77ap support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation, or attempting to access another player's account.
77ap uses fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players suspected of any of the above may have their accounts temporarily frozen pending investigation, with no access to deposits or withdrawals during the review period.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
77ap reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider
- Player request (voluntary closure)
- Player self-exclusion (voluntary or enforced)
- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
- Dormancy for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without contact
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your 77ap account voluntarily, please contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closing your account, we recommend withdrawing any remaining balance. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding withdrawal holds.
Closure Due to Breach
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms (e.g., fraud, multiple accounts, underage access), 77ap reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in that account. Any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in all cases of closure due to breach. Real-money deposits that can be demonstrably attributed to legitimate, non-fraudulent activity may be returned at 77ap's sole discretion following a formal review.
Appeal Process
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Appeal" and your registered mobile number. Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days. During the appeal period, the account will remain suspended.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ap, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Loss of data or corruption of data
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Business interruption of any kind
- Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform
- Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, errors, or outages
- Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where 77ap has not been negligent
Maximum Aggregate Liability
In any event, 77ap's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 77ap account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No Warranty
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 77ap does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate measures to protect your device and data when accessing the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 77ap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Amendments to Terms
77ap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, or player obligations — 77ap will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven calendar days prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Any balance held at the time of your closure request will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal conditions in effect at that time.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77ap with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
